Seriously it's Thursday already? Where has my week of staycation/school vacation gone??
Maybe I was having mini girls night on Monday..
Or hanging with my cool cousin Derek on Tuesday having lunch and chatting about where he should move to Florida or NYC...
Or having Travey shave my head on Tuesday evening as the hair wasn't lasting any longer
Or coffee with Alyshia (grad school friend, school counselor and neighbor who I don't see nearly enough) on Wednesday morning, followed by a fantastic facial with Jenny and Elizabeth, after I went to the dentist (no cavities)
Then it was a party at chemo #4, with Elizabeth, Jenny, Kelli (they are all teachers, remember it's vacation week) and Becky who visits me every week :) Kelli also sent home some yummy soup and bread for dinner.
Today I had a early appointment at FAHC to get the lungs drained again #6, but it had been 2 weeks, longest ever and they weren't as full as they had been. I followed that up with searching all over for Pink Woodchuck Cider, they are located in Middlebury and its out but I can't find it anywhere!! Can anyone help a girl out? I've left messages all over social media voicing my frustration.
I then had lunch with another teacher friend Sara, and she brought me some beautiful pink gerber daisies.
I came home and not one but two friends Andrea and Sarah brought over dinners that can be eaten now or frozen.
Maybe that is where my week has gone
I am a lucky girl :)
