Christmas Recap

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, I know it's after the New Year, but better late than never.
First I participated in Courtney's sock swap.  I got Courtney, I sent her some sweet treats.  I got my package from Hannah, I'm not sure if she has a blog but here is what she sent me.
My gifts from sock swap
Cute socks, chapstick (always needed), M&M's who doesn't like those and a massager.  It works great on sore muscles.  Thanks Hannah and thanks Courtney for hosting this swap.
We had a Winter Reunion at work where Santa came to visit and brought treats to everyone.  There was yummy food donated, pizza from American Flatbread, and a pulled pork station from Texas Roadhouse.

We went to an Ugly Christmas Sweater party.  There was lots of yummy food and fun games to play.

We celebrated Christmas with some of Travey's family on Sunday before Christmas, we had a yummy dinner and saw some family.  On Christmas Eve Day, Travey went to his sister's to celebrate while I went to work.  We had a quiet Christmas Eve and spent Christmas Day with my family.

My house is mostly back to normal the tree is out and the decorations are down.  I'll still find pine needles throughout the house until June.  We've got some (a lot) of snow, we've had 2 big storms since Christmas and it's been snowing all day today.  I suppose since we didn't get any last year, we are making up for it.

  3. Hi, it's Hannah your sock swap friend! Glad you got the goodies. I realized later I might not have included a card--I always want to do all kinds of things for the holidays and then I get totally overwhelmed and end up feeling very half hearted. Happy New Year though!!
